Sausage stuffers are available in two types - hand operated and power assisted. We feature models from Daniel's Food Equipment, Fleetwood, Sausage Maker, and Talsa.Hand-operated sausage stuffers start at 3 lb. capacity and go up to 30 lbs. The smaller units are push or crank operated and require some muscle power to push through the product. The larger units are gear reducer assisted and will crank product through quite easily. Both versions come with a variety of tubes.
Power assist operated sausage stuffers range from 30 lb to 130 lb capacity. They are electric/hydraulic powered and knee levered controlled. This leaves both hands available for stuffing. They also feature speed controls and easily removable parts for cleaning. These units are recommended for deer processors, meat and sausage shops, grocery and specialty shops and large meat processors.
